WFMS-FM Program Director Indianapolis
SUPERVISOR: Chris Wheat - Market Manager

JOB SUMMARY: In addition to having a mid-morning on-air shift the Program Director of WFMS-FM is responsible for development of overall sound execution of the on-air product including music, personalities, contesting, positioning, and information elements.

EXPERIENCE/
SKILLS: Candidates must have a minimum of five years broadcast experience with at least three years of on-air experience with knowledge of digital production systems required and two to three years management experience. The right person will be well organized, display a professional attitude and have passion for the product and the industry. Creativity, being innovative and excellent writing skills is a daily must along with being a strong leader, a motivator and having an understanding of solid programming fundamentals. Candidates should be familiar with most broadcast equipment. In addition the candidate must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.

PROMOTIONS COORDINATOR (Full-time)
99.5 The Wolf and Talk Radio 570 KLIF, serving the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, are seeking qualified applicants for the above job opening.
The Promotions Coordinator for 99.5 The Wolf and 570 KLIF coordinates/executes all on-site logistics for The Wolf's and KLIF's daily appearances and live broadcasts. By working directly with Sales to organize an average of 8-12 appearances per week, the coordinator's role involves communicating event schedules, duties, security access, etc. to jocks, clients, promo crews, sales reps, and station management and managing on-site set-up and event flow. The Promotions Coordinator also manages the Wolf and KLIF on-air giveaway calendars and prize inventory, working directly with the Program Directors and the Director of Marketing/Client Development.

As the supervisor of The Wolf's and KLIF's promotions crew of approximately 20 part-time workers, the coordinator interviews potential candidates, schedules crews for all appearances and events; tracks and manages upkeep of promo items, supplies and vehicles; coordinates prizes with sales; and insures that each crew is sent out with the proper equipment.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, quick thinking, creative, and able to work nights and weekends.
